*This class can be an extension of Basic Crazy Quilting. You may bring a crazy quilt square instead of the black fabric.
Create a 10” x12” floral sampler using various embroidery stitches, ribbon roses, satin
leaves, silk ribbon stitches and knotted stitches. Use buttons and beads to create flowers.
Use ruching techniques and add spider webs plus bows to finish off the piece. All these
techniques pertain to crazy quilting as well as clothing design and landscape design.

• 10” x 12” black moiré,

velveteen, silk noile.
• 10' x 12" iron-on stiffener

ironed to back of black fabric.
• Variety of 12 ribbons: satin,

sheer, wire edged,

3/8" to 1/2" wide.
• Nymo beading thread and

beads
• Big variety of needles
• Variety of Yarns & novelty

threads: chenille, slubby,

metallics.

• Variety embroidery threads

in dif. weights, solids,

varigates.
• White pencil or Chako marker.
