This lovely little neck pouch is useful as well as beautiful. It holds a room key, a credit card or perhaps a lipstick yet it looks like a piece of soft sculptured jewelry. Uses machine & hand embroidery with a beautiful dangle of wire ribbon fuchsias.

• 1 - 8.50" x 6.50" fancy lining
fabric
• 8" sq template plastic.
3.25" x 4.25" rectangle
cut out of the centre.
• Fabric scraps, cotton, silk,
rayon organza, netting,
metallics.
• 1 pellon fleece at
8 1/2" x 6 1/2"
• 1- 1.25" x 4.25" fancy backing

• Scraps: ribbon, lace and trim.
• 4mm, 7mm. Silk ribbon

• Variety threads, yarns: silk,
